About Mary Rosinski

I moved from Minnesota's 10,000 Lakes to climb Colorado's 10,000 Foot Mountains as a Professional Road and Mountain Bike Racer in 1989. In 2004 I shifted gears and channeled that drive into Real Estate. While I have maintained my "Minnesota Friendly" nature, those who know me use "competitive, energetic, persistent, creative, loyal, and conscientious" in describing me. I treat my Clients like my family and friends, and we often maintain our friendship after Closing. As a Closer, I take pride in my performance. My discernment, fearlessness, and listening skills help me excel in negotiation as demonstrated by my wins in multiple offer scenarios. As the Team Director, my goal is to make the transaction stress-free and win-win because both the Seller and Buyer have full plates accompanying life transitions. I am always going to work on your behalf. If it seems I am fighting with you, it is because I am fighting for you. My passions, besides my faith which is my greatest, are cycling, tele and cross country skiing, stand up paddle boarding, and the Tracy Anderson Method. I love Colorado and moving people in, around, and out of Colorado. Let's get moving together!
