systems, propane, specialized heating, and access considerations. This designation reflects both
specialized training and practical experience navigating the unique demands of mountain real
estate. I also have a personal connection to the area through my son’s attendance at local schools,
providing genuine insight into the communities and lifestyles many families seek.
